Ibiza is all about standing out from the crowd and making an impression. You’re on holiday, so embrace the vibrant culture with a holiday wardrobe that will knock ’em dead.
In Ibiza, t-shirts are never dull. Whether you go with stripes, fades, prints or checks is a matter of personal taste, but the key to styling for your Ibiza holiday is standing out from the crowd. Go bright. Go bold.
In today’s world of smartphones and clocks on every digital interface, it’s almost pointless to own a wristwatch. However, a man of style understands a wristwatch represents much more than just a timepiece. A wristwatch showcases the owner’s personality and can convey his taste, sense of style, and even wealth. Unlike women, men don’t have many luxury accessories. Their choices are limited to watches and cufflinks.
It has been a while since a designer convinced the legendary Kate Moss to go back on the runway. Her last official walk was at Louis Vuitton‘s Fall 2013 women’s show. Five years later, the same fashion house got Moss up on the runway. The credit goes to Kim Jones, Louis Vuitton’s menswear designer, and Kate’s close friend. He invited the ’90s biggest runway stars Kate Moss and her supermodel friend Naomi Campbell on his last Louis Vuitton show. The designer is leaving the fashion house after 7 years of service. Kim Jones made sure to depart with a stellar show. Watching the iconic supermodel pals Naomi and Kate stroll down the runway was a moment to remember.
Although men’s fashion weeks attract way less audience than the women’s ones, die-hard fashionistas might be sorry If they missed this Paris Mens’ Fashion Week. Kim Jones closed his Fall/Winter 2018 Louis Vuitton fashion show holding hands with Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss. The two supermodels wore shiny matching monogrammed trench coats and edgy lace-up boots. As Kim Jones was taking his final bow, the heavily influential audience at Palais-Royal stood on their feet for a standing ovation. Kim Jones is truly one of the greatest menswear designers adored by designers, celebrities, and fashion obsessives. Victoria Beckham and her famous husband, Olivier Rousteing, Virgil Abloh, Craig Green, Humberto Leon, and Chitose Abe were the designers who watched the show from the front row.
Kim Jones used his last show to thank the man who got him the job as a menswear designer at Louis Vuitton. The designer shared photos from Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss with the caption:
“This was really a thank-you and reference to Marc Jacobs‘s early-2000s Vuitton and the fact that he was the one who gave me the opportunity to be [at] Louis Vuitton. Thank you all.’
Besides honoring Marc Jacobs’s era at Louis Vuitton, Kim Jones made s strong case for age-inclusivity on the runway. Naomi Campbell 47, and Kate Moss 44 proved that they still own the runway. Campbell was pretty present on the fashion scene lately. She helped Donatella Versace to pay tribute to her late brother Gianni Versace closing the fashion house’s Spring 2018 show together with other older supermodels such as Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Carla Bruni and Helena Christensen. The model also joined her beloved Azzedine Alaia at his couture Fall 2017 show in July. That was his last show before he passed away in November.
We’ve finally come to a time when fashion accepted gender fluidity. There is less of the “women’s fashion is only for women, and men’s fashion is only for men’. These days most of the designs you will see on ladies, you might also notice on men. And this is probably the greatest thing that’s happened in years. Plaid coats are one of the must-have items that everyone needs in their closet for the season. Females will wear them in brighter and more vibrant colors, while males will probably stay in the comfort zone and rock shades such as black, gray, camel, burgundy, and olive green. GQ’s creative director Jim Moore leads gentlemen how to rock this statement piece of clothing in this video below.
Moore is already determined to make you crave for a plaid coat. The fashionista thinks that it will upgrade your style this season. According to him, you should treat it just like a camel coat. And for all the men out there who are afraid of this pattern he has an important message. The plaid coats are extremely versatile and will make a huge difference in your outfit.
“Be bold, or go home! This is the plaid coat. What I love about plaid coats, is that it’s going to become your signature for fall.’- Jim recommends.
Instead of going with the already safe choice such as parka or puffer, it is time to rock a good coat. The plaid coat will be a great addition to your closet for all possible occasions. The only place where you can’t wear plaid coats is in the gym. Office style will look much better thanks to a confident plaid coat. And if you want to update your casual style, this is the ideal piece. The best thing is that you can also rock it with sneakers and jeans.
Also, there are many options within the range of every budget. Zara is one of the affordable brands that offer high-quality clothing items. You can snatch a great coat under $200 during the holiday sales. And if you want to go with a high-end option, every single luxury brand offers stylish plaid coats. All you need to do is decide on the color and pattern that will fit your personal style. Just like with women’s fashion, the gentleman this season will be wearing fierce maximalist pieces. So step out of your comfort zone and buy a coat that stands out. In the sea of boring clothes, you don’t need to be another ordinary dressed person.
Male celebrities showed many amazing looks lately. Unlike in the past, today more men care about their style. They are not afraid to accept and try new trends. The guys who dare to wear bold outfits are the ones who stand out in a crowd.
David Beckham is probably on the top of the best-dressed celebrities. The football star is known for his distinctive taste in fashion, and his ability to make everything look good. David is a real style icon and many men turn to his outfits for inspiration. His oldest son Brooklyn is also following his example. Pharrell Williams, on the other hand, is popular for his unconventional style. The singer always manages to put together outfits that look everything but ordinary.
Zayn Malik is another young trendsetter. He and his popular girlfriend Gigi Hadid are among the best-dressed couples in Hollywood. The former One Direction singer loves to play with different styles. Harry Styles, who was also a part of One Direction developed his signature style as well. The singer is winning many hearts with his unique outfits.
For their street style, male influencers tend to wear laid-back outfits. Their favorite piece of clothing is a good pair of jeans. They match it with cool shirts, sweaters, and tees. Bold jackets and great shoes or sneakers are a must-have for every fashion-forward male out there. Here are some of the best street-style looks delivered by celebrities such as Ryan Reynolds, Jared Leto, Ryan Gosling, David Beckham and more.

Diane von Furstenberg Wrap Dress
In 1974, the Belgium-born designer turned New York resident launched her legendary wrap dress. Within five years, she sold more than 5 million of them!
Ovadia & Sons is a brand created by the twin brothers Ariel and Shimon Ovadia as an homage to their heritage and their family. Although it is a fairly new brand, the brothers have already gained a lot of attention and popularity.
For their Spring 2018 collection, the young twins got inspired by a significant chapter in their lives. They reminisced about the times when the two of them worked at their father’s warehouse in Brooklyn. Their job was to load and unload boxes of clothes for children. Their father’s motto was to toughen up Shimon and Ariel, and that resulted in giving them the inspiration for this collection. For their show, the twins placed boxes as a part of their set. They even teamed up with D.S & Durga to create a special scent named Hot Factory, that gave the fresh smell on the set.
In the 90s, the two brothers were still very young and learning about fashion. That is why the collection carries a youthful vibe from those years. You can see it in the silk bomber jackets and a the athleisure wear.
“At that time, we were falling in love with fashion, street art, pop culture, sports, everything.’- Ariel and Shimon said.
The brothers presented a very creative collection, where bold colors dominated. A very noticeable moment was the print of a roaring tiger on several pieces including a bomber jacket and shirts. The jackets are all captivating and available in many colors and prints.
“All the cool kids in school wore baseball jackets, but we couldn’t afford one. So we’re doing them now.’- says Shimon.
Shimon and Ariel showcased an impressive diversity of men’s pants. All of them were in super fun colors, that are meant for bold gentlemen. Yellow, magenta, and pink were just a part of the fun colors. They paired the vibrant pants with printed shirts to make the outfits even more interesting.
The twins collaborated with the Ukrainian artist Interesni Kazki. Together they created the prints that remind of the work of the Dutch artist Bosch. But that was just a part of the bold elements in the collection. The duo finished off the looks with Vans sneakers.
