Bershka Launches a Limited Edition Party Collection for Holiday 2016
Bershka is fulfilling our winter holiday dreams once again, and this time around, the Spanish brand is doing it with an exclusive limited edition holiday 2016 party collection that will make you literally glow throughout the night (which you should also mandatory dance away).
“Let’s Glow’ is the collection’s evocative name, which is already available for purchase at both brick-and-mortar stores and on online shelves, and it is all about the Nineties and the glittery patterns. The limited edition Bershka holiday 2016 party collection’s ad campaign also perfectly embodies this theme, with the images looking like Nineties analogical photos.
Both the staples and the combinations the pieces are put into as seen in the campaign’s pictures, truly give us some cool outfit inspirations just in time before the Christmas and New Year’s Eve parties begin, inevitably getting us in the mood for some shopping.
With price tags that range from circa ¬¨¬®¬¨¬£14.00 for a metallic t-shirt to ¬¨¬®¬¨¬£60.00 for a bomber jacket, the Bershka holiday 2016 collection’s mantra is, of course, the sequined patterns, showcased within the lineup both in metallic gray and black. A metallic copper brown and a sleek metallic pink also made it to the collection, yet being the minority.
With most of the staples being metallic as well as covered with cascades of silvery or black sequined appliqués, saying that the staples are brightly eye-catching is almost underestimation, especially if we consider that most of the items either feature curve-hugging silhouettes, or dynamic cuts (which, if possible, enhance the brightness even more).
While the long, billowy skirts mainly feature the latter, it is with the dresses that Bershka combines its sultriest and most jocose sides together, treating us to one-of-a-kind staples that are not only sensual but easy to dance the night away in.
Other shiny attire alternatives include fitting bodices, and, of course, slip dresses, here revamped by contemporary ombré detailing. Although slip dresses indeed were indisputable late Nineties staples, the collection is strong on other appealing must-haves too, such as midi sheer skirts in tulle, bomber jackets and leggings.
Meant to be paired with equally shiny pieces or with more casual garments (such as grunge, boxy t-shirts), such staples prove everything can be effortlessly translated to its shiny, metallic version, without looking too tacky or too whimsical.
All of Bershka’s limited edition holiday 2016 party items are, in fact, meant to keep us revitalized and full of stamina all year long, and could take us out on a dancing night any time we want.
