To prepare this scrub you need 1 tbsp. of shower gel-cream, 1 tbsp. of fatty sour cream with coffee ground, of course. You need to apply this scrub with circular motions on the previously warmed up skin and move from bottom to top. This massage needs to last for some 5-10 minutes, after which everything needs to be washed away and the skin will become soft and smooth. You may use this scrub after warm baths.
5. Coffee Scrub with Natural Honey
Finally, in order to prepare this scrub you need to add 100 g of liquid honey into 2 tbsp. of grounded coffee. The mixture needs to be applied with rubbing motions and massaged for some 10 minutes.
Sea Salt Anti-Cellulite Mask
This scrub needs to be prepared with sea salt and olive oil. Olive oil needs to be taken with water with the proportion of 2:1. Afterwards, you need to add 1 tbsp. of not too coarse sea salt. The scrub you get needs to be applied to the problematic areas going from bottom to top, massaging the skin well and washing this with contrast shower, at the end moisturizing the skin.
Carrot Anti-Cellulite Mask
To prepare this scrub you need 1 grated carrot. Afterwards you need to mix it with semolina with equal proportions. The anti-cellulite scrub should be applied with rubbing motions and left on for 8-10 minutes. Such a scrub is ideal for dry skin, which is prone to peeling. This scrub will not help you get rid of cellulite forever, but it will have ideal temporary results for slowing down the development of cellulite.
Finally, there are some basic tips and nuances that you need to take into account when using anti-cellulite scrubs.
1. These scrubs will have maximum effective results, if you repeat the treatments regularly. This can be done once in 4-5 days. The recommended course may include some 10 times. If the results are satisfying you may reduce the frequency to once in a week.
2. The best time for scrubbing is morning. During the day you will be constantly moving and the efficiency of the treatment will thus increase.
