Penélope Cruz for Loewe Spring/Summer 2014 Campaign
The cool collaboration of Penélope Cruz and popular Spanish brand Loewe goes on developing and here comes another awesome result of it, presented to our attention as the Loewe spring/summer 2014 campaign. In the images, we can see her showing some innovative and classy exemplars of the well-known Loewe handbags, including Aia, Pillow, Amazona, and Cubo bags. The creators of the photos are top successful and skillful duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who once more managed to convey all the aspects of the ineffable mysterious beauty of Penelope and of course, the chic and luxury that Loewe pieces are adorned with every time.
In all of the images of the Loewe spring/summer 2014 campaign, the gorgeous actress is seen having some close to natural looks, with wet hair effect, some open skin, and bare feet. This is just another interesting solution for making the campaign shots even more impressive and memorable. The main garments that accompany the cool handbags are outerwear option, acting in a solo. Thus for the camel handbag we see a milky white trench coat, for the white options a white sweatshirt, for a beige and bigger alternative a grey coat, and for the beige handbag a cream shirtdress resembling garment.
Talking about the new Loewe handbags, we can describe them as mainly sticking to the principles of monochrome and minimalistic drives. There is an obvious dominance of just one color in case of all of them. In this way, if it’s camel, then this refers to all the details without exceptions, or if it’s beige, then only some inner parts have hints of black. Only in case of white can we see some color plays with golden hues, achieved with the help of metallic details.
Thus, as usual Loewe provides us with some more chic and feminine suggestions, which are suitable to accomplish our good looks, as well as to be conveniently at hand with anything we might need.
