DIY Natural Face Scrubs for Perfect Skin Care
Skin is the primary indicator of your health and the principal factor of creating your good looks. That’s why skin requires your special attention and care, as everything that is wrong with skin later effects your overall looks and mood, too. There are certain things you can do to keep the healthy and radiant looks of your skin, especially that of your face. Sweet Oatmeal Face Scrub Recipe
What you need for this:
1. 2 Tablespoons of finely ground oatmeal
2. 2 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
3. 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
4. 1/2 cup of vegetable or almond oil (almond is best)
5. 1 Teaspoon of nutmeg
Blend and carefully mix all the ingredients. Moisturize your face a bit and rub the scrub gently onto your face with circular motions. Rinse the scrub off with warm water, pat dry, and use your favorite moisturizer at the end.
Pineapple Face Scrub Recipe
So here you need:
1. 2/3 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
2. 1/4 cup of cold-pressed olive oil
3. 1/4 cup of fresh, clean parsley, chopped
Use a blender to pulse the pineapple and add the cold-pressed olive oil until almost smooth. After this add parsley, and again blend carefully in order not to let the mixture turn to liquid. Apply it to skin in gentle circular motions and leave the scrub on the face for 15 minutes. Rinse it with warm water, pat dry, and again finish up the procedure with your favorite moisturizer.
Sunflower Face Scrub Recipe
Ingredients for this one are:
1. 1 Tablespoon of raw sunflower seeds, shelled
2. A few teaspoons of distilled water for mixing
Process the raw seeds using any type of grinder until you have a fine coarse sugar resembling powder. Pour it into a clean container with a tight-fitting top. Blend 1 tablespoon of the ground sunflower seeds with a few teaspoons of water to create a smooth paste. Doing this in your palm or in a bowl both go. Massage the mixture onto your face and neck, and rinse it well with warm water followed by cool water. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel and follow with your favorite moisturizer.
