Alexa Chung for Longchamp Spring/Summer 2014 Campaign
One of the mostly discussed and anticipated personalities of the fashion world, Alexa Chung presents the new Longchamp spring/summer 2014 campaign, which is overwhelmed with romantic and cute drives, having been reflected in the bright and truly spring-inspired pieces of the collection. Who else if not the beautiful and stylish It girl could be the best face of this Longchamp line! Alexa Chung is the successor of no less gorgeous Coco Rocha, who proudly presented the brand’s last season collection.
Talking about their new choice of a brand ambassador, the label’s international communications director, Marie-Sabine Leclercq mentions, “For the new Escales collection – which is cheerful, colorful, and bursting with energy – we needed a woman who was both chic and modern. Alexa Chung is the woman who embodies it the best. Her enchanting gaze, which is very strong and very present, gives the campaign a lot of personality. She has energy and confidence.’
Coming to the teamwork process, she also added, “The whole team fell under her spell. She immediately had a real vision and made a very on-point contribution to the looks for the shoot. There was such a synergy and an energy that we all went home delighted with this initial experience with her.’
So this can be considered a very successful cooperation of talented and sprightly people, who joint their forces and their energy to create truly inspiring and creative images. The Longchamp spring/summer 2014 campaign was shot in St-Tropez last month by imaginative photographer Max Vadukul. In the photos, Alexa is seen posing for the camera from a retro car, wearing a spectacularly printed and spring-inspired white-with-green dress, paired with a sunny yellow tote, as well as with some busy scenes of hers rushing across a street with a minimalistic beige dress and thematically chic classic red handbag, also followed by some romantic images near the port, where she sports a striking coral dress with minimalistic touches, matched with a beige handbag.
Thus, we are really impatient to see more photos of this awesome cooperation, which will also reveal some more options from the Longchamp spring/summer 2014 campaign.
