Elie Tahari Spring/Summer 2014 RTW – New York Fashion Week
It takes Elie Tahari to be creative, sophisticated and amazingly artistic to stay in business for 40 years in a row. The Elie Tahari spring/summer 2014 collection showcased at New York Fashion Week was a nice presentation of success, elegance and undeniable triumph of the designer in the fashion business. The designer chose to celebrate the 4 decades of his unstopping march in his store right in the center of NYC. He had real models in the windows and astonishing garments for both men and women. The presentation created an amiable atmosphere for interested New Yorkers, fashionisers and just passers by, who didn’t mind to stop to admire the new collection and have a short chat with the designer.
The new Elie Tahari spring/summer 2014 collection was fun, colorful and fresh just like spring itself is. The inspiration behind these artistic looks served Oscar Niemeyer’s Fifties Brasilia architecture, which helped him to come up with the jolly white and black combinations.
Every fashioniser would be more than satisfied to grab a look from the new Elie Tahari spring/summer 2014 collection, since the styles vary: you can find sporty combinations to hang out with friends on Friday nights, or get a serious appeal to go on an important job interview. Both looks are very cute and handsome. There is also a golden middle choice for you if you want to go surfing right after your intense workday. Lace shorts and a classy shirt can actually be a perfect combination.
The classical mixture of black and white colors was the main element in the women’s lineup, though some other vivid colors, such as blue and pink, were also used. Trendy suits and slim fit pants gave the models a desirable, self-confident and stylish look. You could be perfectly dressed in for both serious business meetings, home parties or just walking around the city to chill out in a hot spring evening.
