The first look will be useful for the girls-on-the-go. This half-updo is super easy to do and looks elegant combined with amazing hair accessories.
To get your hair prepared for the hairstyle you need to work with fingers and tease the hair. This will allow your hair to get more volume and look fluffy. The step can be skipped, if you have curly or thick hair, which does not require additional treatment. Then you start grabbing two sections of hair and twisting them starting from the top part. With each twist it will be required to add additional small sections of hair into the twist. This way you will have your hair twisted closer to your head. This in its turn will ensure your hairstyle to stay longer. You should keep in mind that twist needs to be made in a way so that the hair will be moved away from your face and not towards it.
When done with the first twist you need to secure it with bobby pins putting it upwards to combine the twisted hair with the remaining part. The same process should be repeated with the other side. The result should be symmetric twists from both sides secured with bobby pins. The twist should be stopped as soon as you reach the area close to your ear.
A small gape will be created between the twisted rows. Thus to make the ends meet you can use a special large bow. The color and the texture of the bow can be chosen based on your preferences, but in any case it will look amazingly girly and romantic.
So when done with your work you may be planning to go out for an evening meeting with friends. Within a few easy steps, your half-updo can be transformed into something more elegant and stylish. Just the right style for a party or a date.
To get the look you don’t need to start all over again. You just need to work on the already created hairstyle. The remaining part of the hair on the back needs to be separated into three sections. You start with the middle section gently teasing the hair with fingers to create volume, then you roll the hair and move it to your head. To secure the roll you can use bobby pins. Try to make it get into a roll of a bit larger size than the twisted sections. Then you move on to the remaining two sections. You should repeat the same steps with both the sections. The final look will be a classical updo with pseudo-braided hair. For a more sophisticated look, you can add a flower to your hairstyle or a classical hair accessory.
An alternative option to the evening hairstyle will the twist and pull technique updo. This style will be no less elegant and charming.
Just like with the second option, you don’t start up with free hair, but rather use the first hairstyle. To get the look you need to separate your remaining free hair into three sections (if the hair is thick you can get more sections). Then you grab a section, divide it into two parts and start twisting the hair. When done you need to grab a small section of the hair from the twist and pull the rest of the hair upwards. This way you will get a messy bun. The bun should be secured with bobby pins. The same process should be repeated with the rest of the sections. Since these buns are more complex to make, you will have to do some extra job securing the hair and making sure the buns are close to each other.
