Reformation is the all-time favorite label of celebrities such as Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift. This year has been a big one so far for the brand. They’ve been expanding at a fast pace and bringing a number of innovations. The latest from Reformation is their lingerie launch, which is special for a number of reasons.
The cult American label Reformation is finally expanding its size range. The brand has done a good job so far to be kind to the environment and speak to different groups of customers including petite ladies and babies. The petite and baby sizes are already part of Reformation’s offerings, but somehow the brand failed to cater to plus-size customers until now. Reformation apologized for not offering plus-sizes in a press release as well as on its Instagram account:
“Last year we started receiving a lot of comments on social media and requests from customers for more inclusive sizing,” We agree it’s unfair that we only offer clothing to a limited size range and have been working on changing this. We’re now happy to be launching a collection with more sizes (0-22). We’re super sorry we didn’t do it sooner.”
However, the first ever Reformation collection that comes in an extended size range is not part of the brand’s regular offerings. For now, this is just a limited edition line in partnership with model Ali Tate Cutler. With this collection, the brand wants to pave its way towards inclusivity. This collection will help the brand in making its main line more size-inclusive. The new customers are welcome to give their honest opinion about the plus-size pieces. Reformation hopes that this will help them in delivering styles that the plus-size customers need and love to wear.
For now, the collection includes 17 pieces in Reformation’s signature aesthetic. There are plenty of playful dresses with a vintage vibe, similar to those you might have seen on the brand’s Instagram account. If you were in love with Reformation’s staples, but couldn’t find your size, now is the time to shop. The 17-piece size-inclusive line is already available on TheReformation.com, with prices ranging from $78 to $218. The prices are on the affordable side, considering Reformation’s efforts to produce fashionable pieces with minimal negative impact on the environment. Sustainability is in the brand’s DNA.
Besides Reformation’s sustainable practices, the brand has made other inclusive collections in the past. Prior to making their line petite-friendly, Reformation has launched a collection specially designed for women with fuller busts.
Model Ali Tate Cutler appears in the campaign for her collaborative collection with Reformation. The campaign follows the brand’s cute and vintage style. In the campaign shots, Ali Tate Cutler models different styles of dresses from an adorable red mini dress with ruffles, chic off-the-shoulder gingham number to simple V-neck green midi dress.
Reformation hasn’t given any details when its regular offerings will start to sell in an extended size range. At least we know that a more size-inclusive Reformation is in the works. For now, fans of the brand can enjoy the limited-edition collaboration with Ali Tate Cutler.

The It girls’ favorite brand Reformation is the leader in sustainable fashion. Many celebrities and influencers love the brand. You could often spot the Instagram sensation Emily Ratajkowski wearing their designs. Karlie Kloss and Rihanna are also on the list of the brand’s loyal customers. Reformation’s trendy two-piece sets, dresses and chic jumpsuits won the hearts of many A-listers. Finally, the brand decided to expand their customer base. Reformation will launch Reformation jeans, a sister brand that will offer laid-back pieces at more affordable prices. The first drop is a 46-piece collection of denim, dresses, and t-shirts.
The new brand Reformation Jeans will stay faithful to the company’s sustainable ethic. Jeans are one of the most harmful clothing pieces for the environment. For only one pair of jeans 1 500 gallons of water are needed. Reformation Jeans’ denim is made of deadstock and other sustainable fabrics. These jeans will require only 32 gallons of water. Additionally, no toxic dyes are involved in the production process of Reformation’s jeans.
The sister brand will make another step to protect the environment. Reformation’s founder Yael Aflalo started a charitable project together with the launch of the new brand. The Wet Program is set to clean 1000 gallons of water for each pair of jeans purchased. The first project will help in cleaning San Gabriel River which is the main source of water for the residents of Los Angeles.
The line focuses on wearable everyday pieces. Opposite of Reformation‘s plunging necklines and party dresses Reformation Jeans will offer casual designs. The Reformation’s sister brand will have all the trendiest jeans styles. The jeans in the first drop will have that vintage vibe that is insanely popular now. The items are priced between $28 to $148 which is more affordable than Reformation’s offerings. So more people could enjoy these eco-friendly chic clothes.
Reformation has jeans in their regular collections. But Reformation Jeans will offer the brand’s first sustainable denim pieces. Even though Reformation’s intention with Reformation Jeans was to reach to a bigger audience, these jeans and basics will most certainly find their way to many celebs’ closets. After all, no one can resist a good pair of jeans that isn’t harmful to the environment and supports a great cause. The relatively affordable prices make the products even more appealing. You could already pre-order stuff from Reformation Jeans on thereformation.com.

Reformation is full of surprises this summer, indeed! After delivering its very first and acclaimed Reformation swimwear line, the Californian label took us by surprise once more with an ultra versatile summer 2017 wedding collection, which dropped both online and in stores on April, 27th.
As it always happens when it comes to Reformation, its brand new summer 2017 wedding collection is full of styles suitable for almost any taste possible, with some proposals being wearable even for any other formal occasion, as well. Although most gowns could be regarded as conventionally wedding-approved, yet coming always infused with Reformation’s standard boho-chic attitude, other proposals are definitely more one-of-a-kind, meant for both all those brides-to-be who like to dare with fashion, and for the most fashionable bridesmaids or maids of honor.
So, let’s have a look at the most conventionally wedding-approved kind of proposals. These are the ones that come in a flattering bright white color, and which also draw inspiration from Reformation’s boho-chic visions of fashion most. Flared lines, soft materials, V necklines, and bell sleeves dominate the scene, leaving us with a sense of ethereality we yet had to experience in a Reformation bridal collection.
For the most unconventional kind of brides, on the other hand, Reformation brought fiery red gowns that could be described as an elegant hybrid between classic wedding gowns and slip dresses, meaning that whether you are a bride-to-be or just someone who loves to turn heads on a night out with friends, one of Reformation’s long, red dressed is the way to go.
If the slip dress is not Nineties-inspired enough for you, Reformation’s new summer 2017 wedding collection will pleasantly surprise you with a jaw-dropping black dress in velvet, as well as a luxe silk dress in navy blue, which are honestly some of the most sophisticated proposals of the entire line-up.
Last but not least, this Reformation summer 2017 wedding collection treats us to a dream array of floral dresses that are utterly romantic to say the least, especially due to their cascades of ruffles and pink accents added here and there. If you are planning (or going to attend) a boho wedding in the months to come, those are win-win options for sure.
With this latest wedding collection being so wearable and covetable, and its price tags being so affordable when compared to the usual bridal fashions, we definitely recommend acting fast if you are planning a Reformation-approved wedding day!

Reformation just dropped one of its biggest news yet, which those who love beachwear will surely appreciate. The Californian label is, in fact, debuting a nine-piece swimwear line made of 85% recycled materials.
Available for purchase at thereformation.com, Reformation’s swimwear line is already one of the label’s biggest and most praised debuts, as its staples translate Reformation’s signature vintage and eco-sustainable styles to beachwear garments suitable for the “sun, sweat, and sand in weird places.” With price tags that range from $78 to $98 (the most expensive one-piece retails for $168), Reformation’s swimwear pieces are, of course, also sold separately, meaning that if you like to mix and match bikini tops and bottoms, its colorful range has got you creatively covered all summer long.
The collection, which officially debuted yesterday afternoon, is already a sellout (just check #refswim on Instagram), and just by looking at the nine items, it is not that hard to understand why. “Swim is really an extension of our current pieces,” Reformation’s founder Yael Aflalo explained. “We looked at our best sellers, considered the style, cuts, and colors, and went from there.”
To better exude its usual vintage-inspired vibes, as well as to appeal to a broader audience, Reformation’s founder surrounded herself with pictures of some of the world’s most renowned and iconic divas, such as Jane Birkin and Cindy Crawford, the styles of whom played a huge role in defining the collection’s visions. To top it all off, Aflalo infused the line-up with her usual empowering notes, making sure those who flaunt any of the collection’s pieces could feel “sexy and also comfortable,” as no one should “have to sacrifice one for the other.”
Although divas like Cindy Crawford served as the collection’s style inspiration, Aflalo aimed at focusing her creative stream of consciousness directly on the customers, as the collection as a whole celebrates all of those “#RefBabes who embrace the winter bod, sweat, sand in weird places and who simply enjoy the season,” (Aflalo apparently likes sand and beaches a lot).
As for the collection’s must-have, Reformation’s swimsuit debut includes a gorgeous low-backed one-piece in solid-colored red, black, or baby pink that is destined to fly off the shelves the soonest; striped and gingham separates aplenty; Fifties-approved high-waisted bottoms, as well as ultra versatile off-the-shoulder tops (those are to die for, too) which could also be easily combined with a cute high-waisted denim skirt and a pair of white sneakers.
With this swimwear collection being so covetable, we think Reformation should definitely keep on debuting new lines, indeed!

Linen is back and so is Reformation, whose newest collection’s aim is bringing the softest and most luxurious fabric back to fashion, just in time for spring. Although linen often evokes non-so-glamorous memories, Reformation is willing to transform them into this summer’s must-have material, as the Californian label managed to translate its coziness and freshness into something anyone would love to get hands on.
The Reformation spring/summer 2017 linen lookbook is, in fact, a flirty Nineties-inspired collection, where linen serves as the building foundation, from which not only freshness but also a naïve sense of sensuality is provided. With price tags ranging from $98 to $288 (which is pretty affordable, taken the fact that everything is locally and organically made), Reformation’s spring 2017 linen collection consists of a dream array of separates, cute dresses and utilitarian items, among which three major leitmotifs could be traced.
As for the collection’s color palette, instead of emphasizing linen’s classic beige and earthy shades, Reformation dipped most of its staples into brighter and richer hues, such as pink and dark gray, constantly playing with the ‘sensually naïve’ fil rouge not only with the lines, cuts and figures, but also through the collection’s color palette.
First and foremost, Reformation’s spring 2017 collection will make those who love bustiers and crop tops rejoice, for sure. From slip tops to curve-hugging bustiers, the line-up loves to bare both the midriffs and the shoulders and, in doing so, it never misses a chance to play with jocosity and elegance thanks to linen’s almost extra-sensory texture.
Secondly, the line-up focuses on either coordinated items, such as skirts and Sixties-inspired skinny trousers, or dresses, which this time around appear rather summery with all their ruffled hems, wrapped cuts and off-the-shoulder necklines. The coordinates, which are also meant to be mixed and matched with each other, are the Reformation spring 2017 collection’s focal point, and we bet they will fly off the shelves the soonest.
Among the separates and the little dresses, however, two specific items stand out from the crowd. While the Fischer Pants, which are straight-leg pants with a paper bag waist and cuffed hems, will make transitioning from formal to informal events a whole lot easier, the mini Beliz Dress will make those who love Lolita-inspired outfits, as well as Vichy patterns, definitely the happiest around.
Last but not least, the collection took linen’s exceptional qualities, which include thermo insulation and air permeability, and transposed them to lifetime must-haves, such as long, urban-chic trench coats, which are basically one of spring’s ultimate investments (along with white sneakers).
You can find all of Reformation Linen spring 2017 collection’s staples online at reformation.com.

Reformation designed a desert road trip for Hailey Clauson to show off the Reformation Getaway summer 2017 lookbook. Heavily featured in the collection is denim! Denim in several washes and cuts showed up in the lookbook, with a high waisted retro feel to them.
There were several outfits that stood out in the route 66 arid looking shoot. Shots of Hailey Clauson hitchhiking in the Reformation checked Raleigh dress show a very tailored, short-sleeved V-neck mini dress. Reformation likely makes the Raleigh dress in a variety of prints and colors and it is a certain vintage styled stunner in each color. Paired with dark shades it was completely believable that this is a summer styled look ready for any hot day.
The Reformation Getaway summer 2017 collection has a chic overall aesthetic, with elements of cute and sultry added in whenever needed. The Reformation Memphis dress is a cute and airy mini dress even though it is fully lined and slim fitting. The open back and lace overlay is chic with a touch of sexiness, while the front center of the dress features a hook and eye closure up to a sweetheart neckline. The shape is A-line and the straps wide enough to be bra friendly as well.
There was a lot of comfort included in the design of the ensembles, as it was clearly a sunny and hot inspired collection – no need for extra fabric here. In keeping with the theme of a desert road trip, there were great accessories like dark shades, ballet flats, espadrilles and sandals. In keeping with the concept behind the Reformation brand, there were plenty of vintage touches to the options of the collection.
Crop tops made a few appearances in the lookbook as well, like the cute lace, front-closure crop top paired with medium wash high-waisted denim jeans. Loved the traveler scarf and retro shades in that look as well. The Reformation Tati two-piece set also featured a high-waisted check print set with a spaghetti strap, sweetheart crop top.
My favorite is the Reformation Kingpin top – I love the vintage feel of it and lots of people like bowling shirts – they have been popular forever! The Reformation Kingpin top was paired with high-waisted light blue denim jeans for an ensemble that was comfortable chic at its best, paired with gold hoop earrings.
The light soft color of the shirt helped to amplify the deep maroon lettering for the star accented King Pin embellished back of the shirt. It’s a perfect laid-back look for any summer getaway. Reformation really supported that theme one hundred percent with every heat-ready look.

Reformation is offering an alternative resolution for 2017 and it is one many of us can align ourselves with – the newest Reformation spring 2017 collection is titled after that resolution: Suck it 2017. The elaboration of this resolution is simple: This year, I resolve to: drink more in January, be happy only when good things happen and maintain my potty mouth.
Amusing as it may be, I think for those without the exact same intentions, they can at least maintain the spirit of the ‘Suck it 2017’ Reformation spring 2017 collection: do what you really want this year and feel how you want to about it. With this perfectly relatable Credo and brand new vintage inspired options, Reformation is getting in touch with their audience of faithful buyers.
The Reformation spring 2017 collection features a few stellar pieces in a variety of strong colors and patterns. There is a lot of texture at play in this collection as well, lace and ruffles, visible outward zippers, leather and soft knits included.
Reformation as a brand itself has been a wonderful source of limited edition options in small capsule collections that are also environmentally responsible. Shopping for any item will not only give you the details on the material, color and available sizes but the environmental impact of creating the garment as well. All of the clothing options feature sustainable fabrics, sustainable practices and methods and environmentally responsible manufacturing. If these things are important to you (and they should be – we all live here too), then this is just another bonus of shopping with Reformation.
Reformation plays with different silhouettes with the same goal in mind for each – effortless flattery of the feminine figure. This is not a secret, they have stated this openly, in both print and deed. The clothes are beautiful, designed to accentuate without exposing too much.
The lace shirts in the spring 2017 collection are see through, but balanced. The mini skirts are designed with the slight flare of an A line in some and even the midi dresses feature a soft stretchable and breathable knit designed to hug the form without strangling it. The silhouettes are subtle, even when the prints are not.
Part of the everlasting beauty of these limited edition capsule collection offerings by Reformation is that the designs – all of the designs, are very clearly vintage inspired. Every ensemble looks like an excellent and completely lucky vintage find.
The Reformation spring 2017 collection, though very forward in its name, sticks to the formula of beautiful, lasting and fashionable designs that Reformation is known for. As evidenced by the title of this collection, Reformation will continue to do what the brand has been doing – creating environmentally responsible, beautifully wearable vintage inspired fashions that we all want to buy. Do what you want and go after the pieces that will make you happy!

With the true ironic spirit that characterizes Reformation, the Californian brand has just unveiled its brand new spring 2017 wedding collection, among which party dresses effortlessly prevail.
Between one wedding dress and another, Reformation would like to remind us that one does not necessarily need to actually get married but that, if we happen to like the idea, the label is always here ready to get us packed with inspirations aplenty, whether we are the brides-to-be or the bridesmaid.
“Contrary to what your grandmother might say, you don’t actually have to get married. But if you’re into that sort of thing, we have some dresses for you.”
All in all, the Reformation spring 2017 wedding dress collection appears to be extremely coherent both in terms of wedding and party lines, with a clean-cut elegance being at the core of the overall collection. Reformation’s spring 2017 wedding and party dresses are also extremely in tune with all of the upcoming warmer season’s edgiest trends, yet here filtered through an even more romantic boho-chic lens.
While the wedding dresses got predominantly dipped into dreamy colors, such as bright white and even a soft, elegant light pink, the party dresses feature everything from rich, fiery reds to cascades of floral patterns, which will make any bridesmaid or party girl feel romantically at ease with herself.
Although differing in their shades, both lines share common figures and details that could charm anyone with their uniqueness and versatility. While flared lines and off-the-shoulder cuts dominate the scene, other proposals such as wrapped dresses, separates (those are already flying off the shelves!), as well as asymmetrical dresses define the entire collection with a never-before-seen touch, giving those who prefer slightly more urban-chic proposals something to wear as well.
Plunging V-necklines, side slits and see-through effects are instead meant for those who love adding sensually naïve touches to their outfits, while keeping an utterly elegant effect as a dominating detail of their looks.
The Reformation spring 2017 wedding and party collection is also extremely covetable in terms of its fabrics, as it features everything from tulle gowns to lace bustiers and appliqués.
With each of the ensembles being so rich in design and fabric, the overall looks won’t need many accessories to be styled with, which is good news indeed especially for those who are about to celebrate/attend a late spring outdoor wedding.
All of Reformation’s spring 2017 wedding and party dresses are available at TheReformation.com.

After teaming up with Net-a-Porter and Patagonia, Reformation decided it was about time for a new collaboration to be released right before New Year’s Eve, and thus treated us to an exclusive Reformation x Haim NYE 2016 capsule collection that has us covered for the holiday season indeed.
With price tags that range from $128 to $398, the newest Reformation x Haim capsule collection is already available in store and online, and is all about glamour, grunge references and even a few boho-chic, Californian vibes.
Haim, namely one of California’s most acclaimed bands, consists of four members whose style is extremely iconic and distinctive. The band is composed of sisters Este, Danielle and Alana Haim, along with drummer Dash Hutton, whose styles could be described as a grunge-meets-boho kind of mix. No wonder why Reformation reached out to the siblings to work on a capsule collection, as the trio, aside from being one of the past decades’ most acclaimed emerging talents, is often praised for its fashion tastes.
“We’re longtime fans of Ref and it’s awesome to celebrate their mission of sustainability and work together with like-minded women,” declared the sisters in a statement. “As far as the collection, New Year’s Eve is the holiday that’s always overhyped, but Ref clothes make you want to get dressed and go out — so it was fun creating our own version of that.”
Modeled by the sisters themselves in the newly released ad campaign, the Reformation x Haim New Year’s Eve 2016 capsule collection features 10 it-items, which will particularly appeal to those who love Seventies-inspired dresses.
Jumpsuits and long dresses with plunging necklines are, in fact, the collection’s protagonists, and their standout figures and slightly sleek materials will make you shine through, as well as comfortably dance the New Year’s Eve night away.
Other intriguing staples include the Soto Jacket with golden finishes that are the ultimate glamorous details, and the Coalfax Skirt, meant to be easily worn all year round. The colors chosen include black, gold and, of course, red, with all of the pieces being solid-colored except for a glittery, star-studded mini wrap dress.
If you think the collection might feature something familiar, that’s because, while co-designing the collection, the sisters filled their moodboard with pictures of the Studio 54, Cher, Bianca Jagger and Diana Ross.
The Reformation x Haim NYE 2016 capsule collection is so good and full of must-haves, we definitely believe there will be many more collaborations between the sisters and Reformation!
