Reformation The Nocturnal Collection for Holiday 2016
Reformation has released the Nocturnal collection for holiday 2016 shoppers. Reformation is quickly becoming a great number of people’s favorite vintage homage shopping spot. Each piece in the Reformation holiday 2016 collection is just as intended – a gloriously stunning recreation of a vintage find that anyone who vintage shops would love to own.
Reformation solves a problem that anyone who likes vintage shopping has run into – you find something beautiful, but it isn’t the right size and so it haunts you for years, the outfit that could have been. With Reformation the finds are updated slightly, still keeping to the vintage aesthetic, but in a variety of sizes, though in a limited amount so that you still have the special aspect of a great find that you will not see on everyone. Reformation pays homage to vintage designs and lovers of vintage shopping simultaneously.
The designs in the Reformation Nocturnal collection for the 2016 holiday season actually offer a varying collection of necklines that is pretty amazing as well. The necklines vary from open shoulders to high collars and even deep plunging necklines.
The Rosana Jumpsuit features that amazing sheer cape and has such beautiful lines.
The Ashley dress seems light and airy, not necessarily a great chilly weather dress for those ordering online in colder climates, but as the seasons change I can see that being a great option on a warmer day. Its floaty appearance and lighthearted floral print seems very fashion-forward while still being vintage and approachable, but the other print, the pinstripes are stunningly elegant and well done. The look overall is sexy yet chic and I love it!
The Prue Dress is a strapless dress that is sweet and flirty at the same time thanks to the adorable ruffle on the neckline and top of the sleeves and cuffs. The color options are rich and stunning and finally the Aria, Marta and Blakely dresses also make a stunning appearance.
The Blakely dress features spaghetti straps, a C-shaped neckline and a sheer lacy full skirt for a long maxi dress look that is breathtaking. The Aria dress is a simple and chic, long sleeved dress option, while the Marta dress is a daytime to nighttime dress that can be accessorized multiple ways for both a professional and casual setting.
For separates, Reformation’s holiday 2016 collection is offering a few winning options with the Charlie bodysuit, a high-mock turtleneck with a zippered front and comfortable knit design. The back is completely open and the bodysuit a slim and snug fit in the front. The Charlie bodysuit comes in several colors, all of which are strongly colored and interesting to look at.
The Kruger top is a mock turtle-necked, full-length-sleeve lace shirt. The shirt is completely sheer, showing off the different textures of the lace to create a beautiful display of the lace over the body. The shirt comes in black and white, both of which are completely beautiful.
Finally, we have the Lawrence pant, a complementary and incredibly flattering zip-front pair of pants. Again the collection is outstanding; every piece would work beautifully on a variety of different body shapes and sizes.
