Maison Scotch Fall/Winter 2013-2014 Lookbook
We’ve been looking forward to this so impatiently. So, the time has come to see the brand-new Maison Scotch fall/winter 2013-2014 lookbook, inspired by the creative combinations of chic and sporty styles, which seem to be a comparatively new direction in the ideology of this luxurious Amsterdam brand. If we look through the past lines of Scotch & Soda, we will notice this tendency of adding sporty motives more and more with every new collection coming up. They already have an important part in the latest Scotch line, emerging in stylish combinations with elegant and classic pieces. The main source of inspiration was the trip to Morocco, as well as the scenes of the Orient and the streets of Paris and New York. They can all be found here in very many spectacular ways.
The main peculiarities found with the Maison Scotch fall/winter 2013-2014 collection have presentations of both designs and silhouettes. The looks presented in the lookbook are not many. However, they manage to provide us with the general insight into the basic interpretations of the line. The first look here features a relaxed knitted top reading “Femme Paris”, combined with skinny pants. Following this is the Japanese-inspired top, featuring a dragon embroidered on.
Next is the interesting pattern of a blazer with eye-catching snake-printed lining. This is combined with a nice T-shirt, having some crystal prints and classic wool pants. Further, it’s the tartan pattern put on a shirt, the minimalistic approach by which a nice tee dress is made and a combo of classic 60’s inspired wool jacket with stripy motives, matched with coated skinny pants. The following looks feature nice compositions of a wool stripy jacket, topping a printed shirt and matched with straight pants on one hand, and classic quilted leather biker jacket, topping a spectacular long-sleeved knitted top on the other.
In the Maison Scotch fall/winter 2013-2014 lookbook we have very nice blends of the traditional, the innovative and the stylish drives, skilfully combined within one perfectly shaped line of striking and comfy looks.
