5 Tom Ford Pieces to Shop from Net-A-Porter Now
It was not too long ago when we revealed some very exciting news. Just like Chanel had teamed up with Net-A-Porter to bring in some limited edition luxury items for mass sale online, Tom Ford had also joined in the trend and decided to make many of his pieces available off the internet retailer of high fashion products. Net-A-Porter has thus become the first online store to have Tom Ford clothing and accessories for purchase. At the moment, scouring the retailer website, we find 59 pieces to shop from. That is quite a lot of the Tom Ford fall/winter 2015-2016 rtw series that we see on this list, but we have put together the perfect outfit for us specifically, despite the focus on black on black. With black being such a big hue for the upcoming seasons, it would make sense for us to pull together this lovely combination. Be the first to shop these trendy Tom Ford pieces online on Net-a-Porter now!
Let’s start with the bottoms. We recommend the high rise flared jeans from Tom Ford that are smartly flattering and made in Italy, with presses creases to give the illusion of longer, slimmer legs. It is in a black stretch denim that comes in 92% cotton for extra comfort and breathability, while the flare of the legs is in tune with the ‚Äö√Ñ√∂‚àö√ë‚àö‚â§70s style that has conquered the runways.
Of course, flared jeans look killer in heels so we have decided to add white d’Orsay python pumps with heels measuring about 4 inches in Indonesian python material, the flawless look finished off with a golden heel and soft cushioned leather insoles to ensure a confident stride. These chalk colored ivory pumps are made in Italy and lade to flatter the feet, narrow nose and all.
With the chalk and gold hues of the shoes also comes the matching handbag by Tom Ford, known as the “Natalia’ mini textured-leather shoulder bag. It is made in Italy and the golden hardware is glossed up and specially treated to prevent tarnish or fade. It has a suede lined interior and two card slots, the detachable straps allowing it to be carried about like a clutch. The leather is from goat as well so rather interesting overall.
The ensemble is black white and gold until now and we do not want to add any other colours to it. As such, we give it a professional flair with a crisp black satin-trimmed wool and silk blend tuxedo jacket in a slim fit and light structure, meant to flatter the body while still appearing fully formal. It is incredibly stylish and a piece no wardrobe should go without.
For the finishing touches, we would add the Linda round frame acetate sunglasses to the mix, effectively turning our appearance from rather pretty to positively drop dead gorgeous. After all, the new designer item is the coolest oversized piece, accentuated by rose gold metal trims and ombre lenses. Offering 100% UV protection and the guarantee of Italian craftsmanship, it is a rather marvellous choice to finish off the complete sleek and stylish look.
